2. Books
Books may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original condition and show no significant signs of use, damage, writing, marking, alteration, or excessive handling.
Books damaged during delivery should be reported as described under the Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Items section below.

3. CDs and Physical Music Products
Unopened and factory-sealed CDs may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Because CDs and similar recorded-media products can be copied after opening, opened CDs are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
A damaged or defective CD may qualify for replacement or refund in accordance with this policy.

4. Sheet Music — Digital PDF Downloads
All sheet music sold through ChristopherLouiePoetry.com is provided digitally in PDF format.
Because PDF sheet music is a digital product that can be accessed, downloaded, saved, printed, or copied after delivery, all sheet music sales are final and non-refundable once the PDF file or access to the file has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Sheet music cannot be returned or exchanged after digital delivery. This policy applies regardless of whether the purchaser subsequently chooses to download, print, or use the PDF after access has been made available.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product title, description, arrangement, instrumentation, and other available product information before completing a purchase.
If you purchase the wrong sheet music by mistake, a refund or exchange is not guaranteed once digital access has been provided.
If the PDF file is defective, corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed because of a technical problem with the file or Website, please contact Christopher Louie Poetry at [email protected]. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide a working replacement file or otherwise resolve the issue.

Other digital products offered through ChristopherLouiePoetry.com, including digital books, music files, downloadable materials, or other electronically delivered content, are generally non-refundable once the digital file or access to the product has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital purchase, please contact Christopher Louie Poetry so reasonable efforts can be made to resolve the issue.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright or intellectual property ownership. Use of digital products remains subject to the Terms of Use and any additional licensing terms accompanying the product.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Items
If your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact Christopher Louie Poetry as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

- Clear photographs of the product and packaging when reasonably necessary to document damage or an incorrect item.

- Sheet music delivered digitally in PDF format once access has been provided;
- Other digital products once download or access has been provided;
- Opened CDs or other recorded media, except when damaged, defective, or incorrect;
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Products damaged through misuse or improper handling after delivery;
- Gift cards, if offered;
- Items specifically identified as “Final Sale” before purchase; and
- Items returned outside the applicable return period.
These exclusions do not affect rights that cannot legally be waived.
8. How to Request a Physical Product Return

9. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for seller-paid return shipping under applicable law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Christopher Louie Poetry or reimbursement is otherwise required by law.

Digital PDF sheet music is not eligible for a refund after access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
11. Exchanges
Eligible physical products may be exchanged when appropriate and when replacement inventory is available.
If an exchange is requested but the replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be offered instead.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect physical items, Christopher Louie Poetry may provide a replacement rather than requiring a new purchase.
Digital sheet music and other digitally delivered products are not eligible for exchanges after access has been provided, except where required by applicable law.
12. Order Cancellations

A physical order may be canceled before it has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Once a physical order has been shipped, it generally cannot be canceled and must instead be handled as a return, if eligible.
Orders for PDF sheet music or other digital products generally cannot be canceled once the digital file or access to it has been provided.
Christopher Louie Poetry cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed before an order is processed.

13. Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking information indicates that a physical package is delayed or missing, please review the carrier’s tracking information and contact Christopher Louie Poetry when appropriate.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors where appropriate, any mailroom or parcel locker, and any notice provided by the carrier.
Claims involving packages lost while in the carrier’s possession will be handled according to the circumstances of the order, applicable carrier procedures, and applicable law.
